Fantastic opportunity for a confident, client focused, professional to join a leading Private Equity firm based in central London. You will be a key member of a supportive team based Front of House along with providing support to the wider PA/Operational/Marketing team where you can really develop your organisational skills and progress.
A varied role with key duties including setting up meeting rooms, client liaison, organising meetings and travel, operational and office management duties including ordering office supplies, liaising with suppliers/contractors, assisting in organising events, marketing administration and assisting with projects.
The ideal candidate will either be a bright graduate or someone who has recently completed their secretarial training now looking for their first London based opportunity in a collaborative, supportive team looking for progression.
