Internationally Acclaimed Alcoholic Beverage Creator Seeks EA/Office Manager (ID:18768)
My client, an impressive global drinks brand developer and creator, is looking for an exceptional EA/Office Manager to join them on their exciting mission to continue to build and create internationally recognised, innovative and state-of-the-art brands.
You will be providing support to the two inspirational, driven and dynamic founders, as well as ensuring the office runs smoothly. This is a new role, with the opportunity to define it yourself and make your mark.
The role: EA and Office Manager
- Provide proactive administrative support to the directors, including managing diaries, emails, travel, and acting as the main point of contact
- Meeting management; prepare agendas, take minutes, notes and action points
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations from scratch
- General office management; monitor and manage the office and kitchen supplies, supplier liaison, ad hoc administrative tasks, main POC for all visitors
- Be the lynchpin for the team
- Spearhead the annual staff party
- Assist with client seasonal gifting
The candidate
- Proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills are a must
- Previous EA and Office Management experience
- Flexible, can-do attitude with high emotional intelligence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels to build effective working relationships
- High levels of numeracy
- Ability to work well under pressure with a meticulous eye for detail
- Good experience and understanding of Health & Safety and compliance practices within an office setting
