The role
- Sit at the core of the team's internal and external communications, ensuring consistency across the board, including customer engagement.
- Strategise on ways to improve and streamline processes and be confident in pitching your ideas to your manager.
- Be the true lynchpin.
- Prepare booklets, guides and system training to deliver new initiatives and systems for the team.
- Workstream efficiencies.
- Supplier liaison, leading on all comms.
- Wider business support.
- Meet with relevant departments to streamline processes.
The candidate
- You will be great with people and have very strong administrative skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Team player with a sense of humour.
- Mature head on your shoulders, eager to learn.
- Confidence, you will want to make the role your own.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Adaptable to different ways of working and situations.
